Happy Holidays! After the long anticipated 1.19 update, we are ready to expand the borders of Normal Survival! Saturday, Dec 177 PM UK Greenwich Mean Time 2 PM USA Eastern Standard Time 11 AM USA Pacific Standard Time The new world will be a square shape (phew) with 10,000-block-long sides. To assist players who do not have elytra, or who cannot use elytra safely due to lag, we will have a way for players to quickly get out into the expansion area. Eight signs in the Town Hall will warp players into (or very close to) certain biomes. These signs will be located at each biome area on the first floor. The biomes offered are these: Mesa Desert Jungle Swamp (yes, it's a Mangrove!) Snowy (it's a Grove biome... bring your snowshoes) Forest Ocean (2 options: a coral reef and a deep ocean) Each biome location has a small gazebo for the landing pad. These gazebos are admin claimed locations to protect them from griefing. Every gazebo is surrounded by a fence & wall combo to keep mobs on the outside, however... the gazebos are small. Skeletons will be able to shoot inside and spiders can climb them. A few torches were placed away from the gazebos to reduce nearby spawning. (Those torches are not protected, so hopefully players will leave them alone.) Remember: The main world is only for exploring, claiming, and building (in claims). Please don't harvest or mine large amounts of material from the main world. We provide Resource Worlds for major harvesting and mining needs.
