i am building a zoo in skyblock, but there is a problem with ghasts not spawning in the over world, but i can not get one through the nether portal successfully. i have done it before other lands other times, they hit the portal and poof... but do not leave the other end... ive had someone waiting in the chunk watching, i've tried it with no one there, and i died once on the other side of that portal and collected my stuff on both nether and over world sides of the portal, so it is linked where it should be. oversized portals, nether biom in the over world. i'm missing something or there is a problem.. any help is appreciated!
Maybe check other players islands. The nether portal linkage is quite weird Also check if hostile mob spawning is on on your island
i just spawned and collected a magmacube for the farm, over world.. so mobs do spawn here.. i have tried, me on both sides of the portal with someone else in the opposite side...ive pushed them into the portal and homed .. they just dont make it through..all of them nametagged btw
