Hi! I'm having trouble processing a VIP renewal for one member of our family. I tried to renew it for @theselittlepigs, but the merchant server keeps saying she has not completed her first month and cannot select that package. She had VIP a month or so ago (around the same time as I purchased mine), and then it expired. She still has her merged plots in creative but isn't sure how much longer that will last. Can anyone check into it and help? (I didn't have a similar problem with RRainbowPrincess and AdorableOcelot, but we all bought VIP at different times, just because I like to make things extra confusing! )
AdorableOcelot, Cherrac has to switch a setting on players who were part of a group VIP, but not the primary member. Maybe c0wg0d can help, try a convo with Cherrac and c0wg0d?
I got a message from cheracc today that he will try and get caught up on everyone's VIP issues soon. This is out of my jurisdiction so I hope he takes care of you guys soon.
Any update on the VIP issues? My son's hasn't been working for a while now but the payments have been processing correctly. I sent a message to cheracc but haven't heard back. His 9 year old patience is wearing thin.
I'm really sorry guys. I wish there was something I could do. All I know is that he is having some major stuff going on IRL. He also told me that he will probably be giving refunds and/or extra VIP time once he is able to attend to everyone's issues. Please bear with him.
I renewed VIP for myself and ChanCe67T, and it was working, then today I noticed I couldn't fly in the lobby. Could you please check this? Thank you.. @c0wg0d
Hi KristKaT, the last payment I see from you is on June 30. Can you double check to see that your payment went through all the way?
It looks good on the Paypal website, no problems noted there. I did the VIP renewal on the 29th of June. I had tried to redo it on the 10th but could only get the regular price 15$ version so I stopped that and added the renewal on the 29th. I bet that got the wires crossed, as it were.
Okay, very strange. I saw that our VIP purchase plugin had an error today, so something must have happened. In any case, I have added VIP for you and ChanCe67T now.
