I believe I now understand what happened - as with many japanese words, the word I used had the four-letter s word inside it. Maybe the auto-ban can be fine-tuned to account for this? Thanks.
Go to the main website and click on Appeal A Ban, fill that out and you should be good. Also, you might not want to say the word... "the four letter s word" you might consider taking that out.
