Whitelisted a while back, can't get on server.

    The title says it all. This is my son's account, Perrin_Goldeneye. Any chance that he wasn's properly whitelisted along with me, ArcheoMeiArs? It's been a while since I came to this server, but Perrin is getting frustrated with the PVP enabled servers his older brother plays on. Can we come back?

    I'm guessing you already filled out the white list application for both you and your son, but if not this is where you can fill it out- http://www.sandlotminecraft.com/index.php?pages/whitelistapp/


    (If you already filled out the white list)
    • check and see if you got the confirmation email saying that your account has been approved. There you will find the server IP address server.sandlotminecraft.com (If you try to log in and are not able to do the next step)
    • Make sure that the username that you signed up as is spelled correctly
    It should take around 1 hour to 1 day to get the white list accepted because it is all done manually by the server moderators.

    Okay, found the email that said they were being processed, but never got an acceptance... I've never been banned from a server for any reason, so I don't know why I'd be denied. Maybe just fell through the cracks? Should I just apply again?

    Edit: Figured it out. I applied under my oldest son's user name. I need to apply again with mine and my youngest. Don't mine me, I'm old and confused.

    I tried to process your whitelist app this evening. The username you listed is Perrin_Goldeneyes (with an "s" on the end). That name does not show as having the pc version of MC.

    The name I see here on the forum has no "s" on the end....

    Please confirm the exact username spelling for me. Thanks!

    This morning I processed the application for Perrin_Goldeneye and you should be able to enter the server with this account.

    Our approval process requires that we examine each username separately. If you cannot enter The Sandlot with the ArcheoMeiArs account, please send a separate whitelist application for that username. I can no longer process your previous application as it has been archived.

    We are diligent about processing whitelist applications several times a day.
