We applied to be whitelisted before I realised that we needed Microsoft accounts (this has been a STEEP learning curve for me ). Is there anyway I can change their usernames without having to re-apply? Thanks so much!
We can edit the applications, if you supply the names to change. We couldn’t have approved them without valid username. We will see if it works so stay tuned.
Thanks so much! When I've tried to access, it says the username is not whitelisted which is what made me think that this was the issue. Names to change are: superJune and barbie to superJune123 and barbie123.
It will take a minute or ten to get this done. Don’t worry, most of us parents have been in exactly the same boat ( and many mods are over 50, so started with their kids)
Oh, and there aren't many players on this early on a Monday (US based server). Probably later in the day, and weekends. You'll get a big welcome when there are many players online!
