Great idea. It will surely remove the stress from the mods (since most of the work, I believe, involves explaining stuff or telling people to behave on chat) so they will hopefuly have more time to play some serious game without being bothered too much.

Although I believe the easy server will be the one that will need helpers the most, there's also some serious need on the normal server, as players moving from easy to normal don't understand at first why commands like /back no longer work and the like.

We are trying to carefully select players that frequent each of the servers. We've given special attention to choosing some players that tend to play on the Easy, Creative, and the Hunger Games servers, since these are not often visited by the current moderation staff.

I'll be sending out PMs today to those who we have identified for the "first round" of promotions.

1) What kind of chat will helpers be able to see?
2) Will their heads be added to the lobby "Moderator Heads" wall?

If you do not want to answer these questions in public you can just PM me with the answers

I am not making any promises about heads in the lobby for helpers. It definitely won't happen until after the Christmas lobby is taken down at least. There's going to be a fair amount of helpers, and that's a LOT of heads...
