This is a common thing on forums, try going through the lobby a couple times. If that doesn't work and it bugs you a lot, I think a moderator can fix it.
If your Minecraft name matches your forum name (Waffleman23510), then it should update correctly about an hour after you go to the lobby.
I have updated both of your names. If you go to the lobby, hopefully your avatars will now update properly. If you go to the lobby and don't see them updated in an hour, let me know.
