Hello all, maybe someone can help me get this straightened out. My son and his friend, both 9 years old were playing on the Sandlot at my house. His friend used my computer and profile. They both did some stupid things and got banned. I was able to appeal my account and got the ban lifted. I made my son write his own appeal for his account and we have not received a response. I also sent a PM to Cheracc requesting his ban be reviewed and possibly lifted and have not received a response. The only reason I have an account on Sandlot is so I can play with my son. I really like the server, the rules and the safety of it and would like to continue. Can anyone provide help to get my son's account ban lifted? Thanks in advance.
Well it depends on what they did... if they did something really bad then that may be why or cheracc is just busy
Ban appeals do not belong on the open forums. You will need to wait for a response to your ban appeal.
