My children would like to play on sandlot at the same time on different devices (each with their own minecraft names). Can I add another user to my sandlot account? I tried to start a new application, but it wouldn't let me use the same email address.
You will have to make a new application using a different email address. You can forward that new email address to your regular address. Sorry for any inconvenience. We almost never send emails; in very rare circumstances we might speak with a parent about a child by email.
Many of the popular email services allow you to create alias email addresses. For example, with Gmail, if your address is minecrafter@gmail.com, you can use aliases minecrafter+child1@gmail.com, minecrafter+child2@gmail.com, minecrafter+child3@gmail.com, etc. when signing your children up for The Sandlot. You just put a plus sign after the account name and before the @ and then use any text. Hope this helps.
