Hello, My daughter has been loving the sandlot. The past few days she has not been able to connect. She plays on Switch. Here are screenshots of the error and then the "see details" screen. After searching, "Nethernet" just seems a multiplayer connection error. Any ideas on how to help? Thanks in advance!
Thank you so much! It did work yesterday, but unfortunately there is now an error message "Chain." Per the minecraft help website, that means that the server is on a different edition of minecraft from our switch. Her version is up to date. Is there a chance to update on the sandlot end? Thanks!
