Help! I filled out the whitelist application but I still can't get on Sandlot!

    Be sure you are in MC version 1.12.2 or 1.15.2. We are slowly migrating to 1.15. Servers in the newer version are Creative, Easy Survival, and Hard Survival. If you want to play there, please join in the 1.15.2.

    I confirmed that you are added to the whitelist. Please let us know here if you are still having trouble. Otherwise, we'll see you in-game!

    I am the mother of 3 kids. 2 can get on Sandlot but the third is having issues. I thought I'd messed up the application but when I tried to reapply with the third kids Minecraft name it said it had already been used...but he is getting an error "You have not been whitelisted" when trying to join the server. His Minecraft name is UnicornHorn100. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

    When a whitelist application is approved, you will get an email saying that it has been approved for that specific username. I would suggest that you go to your email and make sure you have received an acceptance email for UnicornHorn100. If you have not recieved one, that means your application has not been accepted yet. If you have received one, you will most likely need to wait for a moderator to help you.

    I do not have any spam mail. Maybe it was deleted? Can you verify the email is [redacted] and/or resend the confirmation? thanks so much!

    You can't share email addresses, but the one you just posted is not the one you used when you submitted your application. If it's easier for you, we can delete your application so you can re-apply.
