Ahh. The Helper rank. Just got it. Well, to get the Helper rank, you must help out a TON, and have a clean ban, kick, and jail record. It might take a looong time to get it, but don't give up! The more you help, the better chance you get the Helper rank! But, please note, the Sandlot Staff randomly pick Helpers. It might be 8 months until they pick again!
I'm pretty sure (I'm not a helper myself) that you have to show that you can be a good helper by being polite and mature, and well, help. As a helper (again I only think, not sure) you help people that have questions, help enforce rules, and the like. Hope I helped

As TheOneCrafter321 said check that link but one thing in that link says Sandlot will randomly pick new helpers so don't beg to be a helper
In order to qualify for the "Sandlot Helper" rank, a player must show the following traits: Be at least somewhat active on the forums, by posting, sharing, and answering questions. Be active and helpful in in-game chat Be friendly and respectful to others in-game Demonstrate a knowledge of the server rules, and have no serious offenses (bans, etc.) Have been a regular player for at least a month, with several logins per week. We evaluate each case on its own merits. A ban does not automatically exclude you. Even some moderators have made typographical errors and been banned.
