How do you do the quote thing?

Its been something i've been trying to figure out for years. and if it is really simple i am going to kick myself and feel stupid

then you can just click this:

and you can type the message under this bit:

add dont worry! you're not stupid, it took me a while to figure that out too

but it isn't, just similar names. But do you mean like the thing where you edit the quote to highlight the part you want?
