I filled out form but not whitelisted

    My brother filled out the whitelist form about 4 days ago. Can anyone help? We're trying to get this account set up for our mom. TIA! :D

    It looks like we might have gotten an email confirmation for this page but havn't filled out the whitlist? But I can't find the whitelist link so I assume we filled it out? My brother did say he filled out the whitelist form.
