    Thanks for putting this together — super helpful!
    I’ve definitely seen people ask why they can’t connect or get weird errors, and a list like this makes things so much clearer. Especially for new players who don’t know what version to use.

    Kinda surprised Hunger Games is still on 1.20.4 and Arenas on 1.16.5 though
    Hope those get updated eventually, but good to know what to expect when switching servers.

    Sandlot uses plugins to provide capabilities in different servers. These plugins are created by independent developers. Some developers are slow to update those plugins and other developers sometimes just stop updating them. That often explains why you might need to use a retro update to play on a specific server.

    Please note that the majority of Sandlot's servers now require 1.21.8 for Java Edition players. Lobby will allow connection from versions as old as 1.21.4. However, if you are using 1.21.4, you may not be able to connect through the portal to our other servers.
