One of my friends tried to sign up but put the wrong email, so he can't get on the server. Is there a way to change the email used?
Please tell me the username and I will remove the application from the queue. This person should submit a new application with the correct email address.
**If the player is under age 13 (12 or younger), a parent must submit the application. This is a requirement of US law.
His username is TheSilencel (L at the end). Thank you so much for the help!
Hello, I received the email saying that my whitelist application has been processed. However, when I try to join the server, it kicks me out saying I am not whitelisted. My username is sparklehearts5.
I reprocessed your application. Please let us know if you continue to have difficulty logging onto the server.

I tried again. No luck. I am able to join another whitelisted server.

I'm trying to get onto the surver but it keeps saying "Kicked whilst connecting to lobby: you are not whitelisted on this surver!" so I messaged my friend because she plays on sandlot and she said that I need to do a whitelist application aswell but I don't know how to do it so can someone PLEASE help me

Hello, im trying to get onto the surver but it wont let me because it keeps saying it's outdated and im really confused can someone please exspain.
For now, the Sandlot mainly requires version 1.12.2 to connect. Mojang's help page, found at https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/1475923-changing-game-versions, describes the process.
I've added a few screenshots which show the process on the current version of the launcher.
1. When you start minecraft, you'll see the launcher main page "Play". You can select the installation to play with at the bottom of the screen.
2. To add new installations, you'll need to go to the Installations tab and add a New installation.
3. Give your installation a name, and select the version needed by Sandlot (1.12.2 as of October 2019).
Hi - I got my approval email today but when I try to get on the server on my iPad it says it can’t connect to the world. I tried the server address and the IP number

We have the game downloaded on our Mac but experience the same issue. It says "Kicked Whilst Connecting to Lobby, you are not whitelisted on this server"
We are approved and received the confirmation via email.
Any help would be great.
